Here's my guess. The big one on the wall.
I read the question again & I don't think the big one on the wall would count as being made for production. So, here's my second guess. H. Boker & Co's folding bowie.
Roger that knife is HUGE! What is the open length of that knife?

 The open length is 12 & 13/16". Closed it is 8 & 11/16".

I agree Stephen! If you haven't done so already, check out Roger's photos. There are some absolutely stunning old H. Boker & Co. knives in his collection!

Thanks guys. Based on the tang stamp, this one was made somewhere between 1932-1950. In my opinion towards the early end of that time frame. Here's some other pictures I have of it.
