they are already talking about upping the price.in this economy i think they are priced just right if you up the price it would not be as popular.

I think that Bulldog, German made knives are the most under priced knives.  I am sure their are others.

The GEC and Queen made Bulldogs seem to be fairly priced.  The 1996 - 2007 German Bulldogs with bone, stag or pearl handles are a real bargain IMO, good quality for a low price.  I would avoid the celluloid, but that's just me.  The older Bulldogs go for a high price but they are worth it.

I just bought a Shatt and Morgan gunstock. One of 30 for $70.oo. I thought it was under priced. Cheap and under priced are too different things in my book. Not cutting down anyone's knives though. That's the reason they make more than one kind.

Miss Jan, I think that a Bulldog is a well made knife, with first class material and a hammer forged 1095 carbon steel blade. I have seen a few of their vintage knives in mint condition sell for as little as 50 bucks.

I'm another vote for Rough Riders being under valued.  

 

Close behind that maybe Steel Warriors.   I declare if Cutlery corner would stop selling so much junk, the value of a few of their other house brands might be more appreciated.  such is the nature of their philosophy, however.

 

In the American market, Old Hickory sales some pretty darn good American made work knives!

 

Bear & Son might also be in the running but they do have same quality control issues.

I think that USA made Gerbers might be underpriced big time. The company's been aroud a long time (since 1939 I believe) and currently they're into tactical and survival knives but in the past they've produced some fine pocket knives with bone, etc. handles. I don't think they're taken too seriously today as having a strong pedigree and history. I believe they're a "sleeper". What's your opinion?
