Look what I found in my mailbox last night.

Rome, those are some very nice Schrades!

Oooo, nice!! I especially like the bottom two. A lot. I like the old timey shields. What's the handles?

Okay, Steve! I finally made over here with some pics my Robeson Stockman. This is the only Stockman pattern that I own but I can appreciate why it's such a popular pattern.

It's a reproduction that was made by Queen Cutlery exclusively for Smokey Mountain Knife Works a couple years back. As you can see it's a very pretty little knife. The stag on both sides is gorgeous. The blades are made from D2 tool steel. It's right at 3 5/8" closed. Although I don't use it as such it would make a very nice, pocket carry, EDC knife.

Thanks again, Steve, for calling my attention to this particular group. I will be on the look-out for another Stockman knife to purchase, since I like this one so much. Perhaps one with wood or bone scaled handles?

Well I am glad you made it to our stockman "Hall of Fame"and you have set the bar high for future selections! I certainly hope people take a look at that outstanding shield in this case the words" pocketeze" And to have it in stag and D2 steel well that's bonus all the way around Ron!

Too Bad SMKW didn't keep the Robeson line going.

Craig, SMKW did a line of Robeson stag knives late last year or early this year. I bought the gunstock pattern. They were made by Queen Cutlery. I will try to post a pic of it later when I get n the desktop.
Nice one, Ron.
