I am interested in selling a Western Hunting knife made in Boulder CO. I would like to get a good idea of value as well as see if any members would have interest in purchasing the knife for their collection.

I also have a matching Hatchet as well if interested. I do not have a pic of the hatched at this time.

I have a Mint in Box W6610 Axe/knife combo  Rosewood handle set. That I traded a $200 Benchmade Bedlam for. But I have seen good condition L66's go for at least $50 each. If the Axe is in as good condition as the knife you could get about the same. If it was a set with the box and combination sheath you could get around $175-180.

I may be interested if I could see a pic of the axe and a close-up of both items tang stamps.

  Here's some pics of Western Boy Scout Knives. The one with the brown handle is not a Boy Scout knife but it't the same size as the others. I do not know the years of these markings.

With or without original sheaths?  Western BSA knives in decent shape with a good sheath and clear markings are bringing in between $35 & $50 on eBay.  They are pretty common.    No sheath  $20-35.   The condition would need to be much better to get up in the $75 .  That's been my experience.  Not sure what the books say.  But the books aren't reflecting today's market.
