I work so hard studying on my tiny germany pocket knive. I believe this ENGELSWERK Cutlery from Germany. Very positive this....   Chuck Parham is right.  I find in the internet there say C.W. Engels, 1892 - 1943, Solingen-Foche. Who's own factory was engaged in manufacture of straight razors, pocket knives, scissors, and other types of cutlery. The owner was Emil Engels. Later (1939), the owners were Emil, Villi and widow Matilda Engels.  But other company in New York city, too F.W. Engels, Friedrich Wilhelm Engles, 1909 - 1943 in New York City. They imported all types of cultery from Solingen firm.

I'm glad I was able to help. It took me a while to research Englewerks for my own knife.
