What you have is a souverier knife from the P.I. most likey 60's or 70's. They were made for tourists hence the markings and " fancy" touches. Some are not to bad, comfort and edge holding wise. It' not particularly valuable maybe 30 buck, so if you like it don't be afraid to use it!
i'd have to agree. this is "airport art" as there is nothing about the knife that says Philippine culture about it. though there are a lot of bowie style trench knives from WWII that were left about here and could be the basis of the handle. the mother of pearl??? looking inlay could be local. but the bowie style blade is definitely not Philippines.
