- EDC prefer kershaw, benchmade, spyderco zt perfer mid range steels like sandvik 14c28n all the way up to ultra premium supersteels like elmax and sv90. as far as favorite steel I'm torn between elmax and m390 elmax i use alot my edc is a kershaw knockout 1870bwbrn elmax blashwash knife.

Omar, some sweet Kershaws you keep posting...! I can't really predict when I'll be on, man. I've got young kids & just like that Madness song goes, there's always something happening & it's usually quite loud. But while rearranging some knives I have on a shelf, I found a red RAM, pushed way into the back. It's been a while since I'd seen that one. I had to glue the button for the lock back on because it popped off the first day I carried it, but I used it as a steak knife the first anniversary we had after our first son was born. I love how these knives find ways of becoming sentimental so effortlessly...
