The only Bowie series RR I have is a leg knife I bought for my wife. Oh! I guess it's not really mine. Robert, I don't have a moonshiner knives, but I think they look good.

Well, I fell off the wagon and ended up buying 6 rough riders over the last weekend. Pictures to follow when I get them. I think I bought 4 from SMKW and a couple from Big Mike.

I've got three old yellers.  While all are quite good, I don't really collect them.  I grabbed the Gent's whittler, because I got it on $3 bid and free shipping.  The locking canittler and the rigger were bought because I collect the pattern.  I suspect I will wind up with more old yellers despite not buying that handle material out right.

About the imitation Abalone -- I've got the 3 inch toothpick and the Butterbean (mini canoe).  They're purty little things.  Nice little Sunday knives.

Ebay got back to me about the person using my pictures for their bid.  I hope no one here was bidding.

Ebay said:

"We are pleased to inform you that the following listing(s) you reported have been removed from eBay in response to the Notice of Claimed Infringement you recently sent"

Now maybe it seems like I was a jerk, but I contacted the seller two days before reporting the problem to eBay.  Had he got back to me with a sincere apology and/or I promise not to do it again. things would've been different.  As it is, he ignored me.

Last I saw the bid was over $22 including the postage.  You can get it for that with a guarantee from SMKW these days considering all the free shipping deals.
