I believe that it is stories like this that start us collecting. I mean
collecting is not just about amassing things, its that the things spark
some hidden memory, both good and bad, that we tie to the items.
And watching "Christmas Story" as a family was where the idea of a
Red Ryder came from.
So thanks for the comments.
Rome
Great story Rome. These are the stories that make family history. Thanks for sharing a little piece of your family history...in the making.
I asu,e you have all seen the movie "Christmas Story" if not rent it, either way, youll all shoot your eye out. lol
And that the difference between your father and me. I had put a Red Ryder BB gun on my Christmas wishlist for about five years before one of mt kids finally figured out I was serious about it! I've been shooting it ever since!
