Will this proposed Bill ever be made. Laws would have to be changed and honestly I can't see it happening during the 250th Anniversary of the USA. However if the are produced. It would be great to have enough xtra cash to be able to collect 1.

Tell me about it! YES those last issues of the cent are selling really high. They are still putting them in the mint sets! I used to collect the yearly proof coins sets! They got so expensive I had to quit!! I do still keep up with them even though tey are out of my price range on ebay and at the Mint.

I'd definitely go for one, if they could be bought at face value.
Pennies, from the last year of production were being sold for $19.95 a roll..
