I should not have reported this knife to ebay I guess, but I do care about Novice Collectors being taken advantage of by the world.
Ebay they said they found NOTHING wrong with the listing! Folks be careful I see more and More Counterfeit knives on Ebay.

BTW - if this truely is a counterfeit knife, then on behalf of all novice collectors and Case Knives - thank you for reporting it....even if Ebay doesn't see anything wrong with the listing. You took the high road dude, and I appreciate your effort.
