Thank you that was a great laugh.  I dont think anyone has ever put it quite that way before.  It is the live chat feature.  You can find the live chat at either the lower right hand side of your PC screen or just click the chat button at the top of the page.  You can actually turn it off if you would like..or just come join us :)
