Esemco Stainless for the Shiman Manufacturing of New York City - 1923 - around 1940.

Goldsmith Stern & Co New York - 1930s

Clauss - Fremont, Ohio

 

That's an impressive list Jan - I knew they made for many companies but didn't know that many.

not for sure, but i belive they made some for ridgid too , but not positive, and col coon.. just trying to add to the list.   nkca if that counts.

lol..  i didnt know if you would classify as a company, but, i'll count it too.. ;-}

HHEY HEY!! i know CLAUS was made by SCHATT and MORGAN-first generation... but after  QUEEN sunk S AND M down the river-so to speak-- did queen pick up the CLAUSS line?? ... thats another one that shocks folks a lot..when they find out that CLAUSS knives were made by SCHATT at one point!!! ...i would really ,really love the info to QUEEN and CLAUSS.

aa lot of the names listed i already have down in my reference and studied somewhat and the fact is im sure their will be contract knives just like CAMILLUS that we will never know were even made by QUEEN!..  i never saw this post but i will dig out what i have on queen contract knives...
