Yeah, I've been scouring Ebay for a while now.  Even have an automated search set up.  No luck thus far, which is why I'm asking around with fellow collectors.

I would try Ebay.UK

More likely to see on there than here

Try Paul Issard at "the famous sheffield shop" UK, a quick search on the internet will find it.

Ebay uk will not allow the listing of folding knives, but you can buy a 10" carving knife???

Isn't it crazy I can buy as many razors as I like on Ebay UK but not a penknife !!!

LOL, I had no idea.  I assumed since you were buying razors, small knives would be ok.  Well we all know what they say about assume LOL

  It's crazy! I Bought some great knives from the U.S. via ebay UK no problems before the ban. Now Ebay U.S. prohibits the sale to the UK from the states and will not even let us see whats on offer, if I log into ebay I just get a blank screen where the sellers listings should be.

Bought a GEC knife direct from a dealer in the states, paid $12 shipping and then had to pay £30 sterling import duties, which at today's rate of $1.42 to the £ is an extra $42.60.

The folder, a Dixie Stock Knife in Stag, cost $166 which gave me a total cost of the knife of $220.60.

I will share a little trick Brian - this may not work for everyone, but you can use an anonymous proxy service (there are free ones too) that allow you to choose a different country proxy server so it appears that you are coming from that country.

One I have used is https://hide.me/en/proxy which has proxy servers in both the US and Europe if I am remembering correctly (my work proxy server prevents me connecting to an external proxy).

That way you should be able to at least see, and maybe even buy via a different country's ebay or other ecommerce site.

Just be aware that since you are going via a proxy, they have the ability to see where you are going so you are not truly hiding your activities, but given they use SSL (https://...) your traffic should be encrypted and safe from packet sniffing and possible fraud with credit card numbers etc. As I said, should, but maintain an appropriate sense of caution.
