Welcome Home...THANK YOU FOR BEING A PART OF OUR COMMUNITY

Hi everyone and welcome to our newest members,

Something we have not talked about lately is new aquisitions.  Tell us about your latest and greatest GEC.  Donnie bought me both the new 23's in the Beavertail (Worlds greatest husband by the way)  He got himself the newest 73 in Primitive bone.  THAT is a heck of a nice knife.

What have you gotten lately?

Hey guys a great pattern for a young or old girl is the Canoe or Ladies Leg. They are safe and they really seem to take to them. Just my 2 cents worth. Sounds like a great present any way.

Robert, Are those Ladies Legs or French Kates also bottle openers?

My lips are sealed Jan.

Looks good to me, but you know I enjoy that patina.

Alexander,

Very NICE toothpick.  Have you had a chance to use it?  What do you think?

Dana,

The ladies leg does have the boot for bottle opening but GEC also made bottle openers

Dana, I'm not sure, It's probably the French Kate. Either way, that's patterns the ladies like.

Here are two I received yesterday. The first is a GEC #73 Scout Ebony, made in Feb 2012 out extra parts in the factory. Blades are marked 2010. The second is a #48 Trapper with 2nd cut jigged stag covers.

Trand,

Love those knives made the first part of the year with parts from the previous runs.  They are usually VERY short runs of knives.  That second cut stag is awesome

Trand, great pics and beautiful knives.

Trand, those look great and I know you're proud of these pics too!

Here is my newest, a 66 jack in Pumpkin Patch acrylic. I love this knife!

Wow, that is nice Vicky!

Vicky,

You got a very attractive Pumpkin Patch!  Thanks for sharing your pic with us!
