The folks over at the Gift Shop asked us to come up with something in honor of Founders Day.

Been picken pears all week at my brothers ranch in Willingston gettin ready to make pear wine and brandy,by the barrel. I'll be sending a couple gallons for tasten  soon.

Tonite...pork steaks grilled, baked potato,suddenly salad with broccoli, fried swiss chard in olive oil and fresh fruit drink from the blender!

How about a good American Apple Pie for dessertsert

Chicken Hearts and Gizzards - hard to beat. My Mother used to make them for us and we loved them.
