I've seen several examples of really good looking trappers recently but they are small about 2 1/2 inches. But I will say I not only like the look of the Trapper but it slips into a pocket  so much…Continue

Heres a "large" trapper from Case.  61051 pattern

The Boker MOP is certainly my favorite and has the best action (flips open with a thumb flick), but for EDC it's usually either the Case red bone or the Rough Rider! The bone on the RR is really pretty, the fit and finish is actually very comparable to the others. Great value!

Nice looking knives, Richard.  I hope you have one that is a user.

Well, taking a chance then, but here's my modest collection of trapperlocks. This is what got me hooked, in specific, my Case red worn bone. My first pocket knife and still one of my favorites. Gotta love the one handed action on these.

Wondering if trapperlocks are included in this group?

Been away from the computer for a while.  Here's the pic of the personalized Trapper.  Case offered this personalization back in SEP 2015, and it took them a while to get them all done.  You could order a max of 3, but I only have 2 daughters, so I got two.

Received a call from Marci at W.R. Case this morning.  The personalized (with your name etched in the scales) 54 Trappers are finished and will begin shipping next week.  Marci said they had an overwhelming response to this special offer - first time offering individual names etched in the scales.  Naturally, I haven't seen the finished knives yet (ordered 2 for my 2 daughters), but Marci said I will be very pleased.

Dammit, Craig.

Had to order 2 W.R. Case Life Member Personalized full-sized Trappers (2 kids).  Not the Mini Trapper, or a Canoe, oh no, had to be the big one (54 pattern), the kind that doesn't like to fit in your pocket.  On the other hand, they will, or should be, Case Queens.  I suppose the big one was needed to be able to see my laser engraved name.
