Lewis,
I KNEW I would love this one and I was right!
I didn’t have the pleasure of knowing him but he sounds like a truly good man. I wish I had had the chance to get to know him.
I’m sure we will all be diminished by his passing.
Ron
I have been so Blessed with this group. Anytime I have a question, I have support for answers. I will be forever grateful to my go to guys, one of which has been Doug Webber.
Raise your glass, be it milk or a good scotch and help me say goodbye to a member and friend. Many of you know him as the Schrade guy with all the Herman Williams and a collection to envy.
Doug Webber, you were an inspiration to display our knives, to have those celluloids replaced and turned into a customized beauties. I know your meeting some of your sharp heroes and I am certain you are in a wonderful place but you will be missed. Rest well. and go with God my friend
John, I pretty sure I have them somewhere. I think I may have to brave the attic to find them.
Ron
Nice group Ron! I don't have the boxes your looking for but I do have a lot of Schrades for sale, USA only of course. Looking forward to getting to know you.
Hello all. I have in the past been an avid collector of Schrade knives. Since about 1990 I had drifted away from collecting until I found IKnife. Made me start thinking about collecting again. Which prompted a search for all the knives I had owned in the past. I have moved twice since 1990 and I quickly found that I was missing a lot of knives. After crying about that for awhile I decided to get over it. Anyway, my only claim to fame as a Schrade collector is this set. I thought by posting a picture it might start some discussion. Oh, I am still looking for all of the boxes which I did have at one time
