Maybe a Voyager or an OSS. I plan on adding a RAT RC 6 to my collection as well, then maybe some benchmade knives far in the future after college.

Seamus,

I think they are very over-hyped. I think Cold Steel has some really cool looking knives but others are just plain ugly. I have only had a few but my friend uses them a lot and he always seems to have something wrong with them. Although it is all personal preference and opinion!

How would you guys rate cold steel knives. I'm thinking about getting one, but they seem over-hyped.

Thanks Keelen. I was hoping to hear from you on this before I go to the Show.

Scott,

You really cant go wrong with a strider! If I had the money I would buy strider in a heart beat but I cant justify spending $400 or more when I can get several for the same price. Let us know how it goes and if you get your first tactical!!

I'm not an expert on Striders, but I think all the models are marketed as custom tactical. One of these days if I ever get a spare $400, I might just pick up one of their SNGs. Let us know what you end up with.

Thanks Antonios. That's encouraging. The market this knife as a custom tactical?
