This knife was found buried on the side of a hill at the site of an elementary school in Big Sur, CA; it was given to me by the principal because he knew that I collected knives. It obviously was…Continue

Picked up my first Bear & Sons pocket knife, a #354 1/2 Little Trapper in Yellow Delrin & CV blades, (3" closed). My local Ace Hardware franchise has semi-annual 20% off everything sales, and…Continue

A new acquisition. I collect Camillus-made Buck 300 series knives, and though I already have a CC-made 317, (the equivalent to this knife), I thought it would be nice to have both the Buck and…Continue

Here we go again, the first photo shows just what arrived today, but there are more coming, (egads!!). Two Buck #112 Slim Selects, (in different colors so I can color coordinate. Doesn't everybody do that?), a new Buck offering, a #891 Spear Point fixed blade with 5160 Spring Steel blade coated with ceramic Cerakote for durability and rust prevention, and comes with hand stitched tactical sheath. I don't usually buy fixed blades, but I have been more and more interested in them lately. I…
