Gater is great.  Expensive in these parts.  There's a resteraunt that we go to every now and again that has fried gater.  Sooo good.

Can's wait for the recipe, Robert.

Well Stephen, fried alligator is my oldest grand daughter favorite. I always cook it on her birthday. She was born in September, which makes it easy for me because September is Alligator season here in Louisiana. The way you saw them cook it on that TV show is Alligator Courtbouillon. I might try put the reciepe on later.

Hey, anyone cooking something special for the 4th of July? I'm doing a Bar-B-Que with all the side dishes for my little gang.

Robert,

I think it is wonderful that they stay close.  It is good for all of you and I would love to visit Coteauville

Hey Stephen, thats a great idea. We could call it "Coteauville" [Knife town, Cajun] [Spelling ?] I like having them close, Miss Jan, I'm disabled you know.

Yes Mam, I'm gonna add 12'x16' to it. They will have more storage and a bathroom. The running back to my house will be over. I knew when I got the cottage, I would have to add a bathroom one day. This is gonna be one big bathroom...lol
