That's something, I cooked a ham the other day and have been eating left overs, one way or the other for a few days. We had it with mashed potatoes, whites beans and last night I had it with squash. I love ham, I make some home made hams sometime, real good. It just takes a while.

Well I cooked a nice ham last night so tonight for dinner fried some leftover ham with some white beans and rice.  Grated some fresh parmesan cheese over it all and melted it a bit in the microwave.

Toasted some nice sourdough bread.

Had a big bowl of fresh strawberries with whipped cream.

Now I am full    lol

Yes mam, we eat left over broiled fish like that. Another way we eat left over fish is after a fish fry, we crumble up the fish and make it the way you would make "tuna fish salad" . My old paw paw said if the lord wanted a Cajun to eat Tuna Fish, "he'd put em in the bayou"....lol

Robert,

Ever had a black and blue?  Blacken your fish, lettuce, tomato and a touch of crumbled blue cheese on a bun.
