Well Ron, the girls and boyfriends are gonna do a bunch of work for me saturday, so this is a treat to repay the free help. I would welcome you to the fry but you might get caught up in some work...lol

I have already decide that this weekend, we will have a fish fry, for the family. We will have fried Sac Au Lait, shirmp and [you better believe it] some gator, with some Cajun fries and hush puppies. Yea buddy, I can't wait.

Goodness, if I were going to have a fried platter it would be softshell crab, fresh trout and fried oysters.  MMMMMMMMMM, good!

The last "road meal" was at the Bob Evans in Rock Hill, SC. Had an ear doctors appt this morning and took the girls to McD's, for lunch.

Robert, I have been itching to do some fired soft shell crawfish.  Just trying to find someone around here that can get me a few and big enough.  I love then with a good hollindase sauce.  served up with some okra
